AcroCyte R³CE® Organoids Culture Medium

The AcroCyte R3CE® Organoids Culture Medium is a precisely formulated,
application-driven solution designed to support robust and reproducible organoid generation from a wide range of clinical specimens, including surgical tissues, needle biopsies, and liquid biopsies. Engineered to work seamlessly with the R3CE® scaffold-free platform, this medium enables efficient establishment, expansion, and long-term maintenance of patient-derived organoids while preserving their native architecture, cellular heterogeneity, and functional characteristics.

Optimized for both initial organoid formation and sustained culture, the R3CE® Organoids Culture Medium supports high success rates across diverse tissue types, including gastrointestinal, breast, liver, and ovarian origins. Organoid generation can be achieved within as little as two weeks. Its standardized and modular design ensures consistency across experiments, enabling reliable downstream applications such as drug screening, multi-omics analysis, and functional assays.

The medium enhances experimental reproducibility while simplifying workflows. When combined with the R3CE® platform, it provides an integrated solution for scalable organoid culture, from small-scale research to high-throughput automated systems, empowering breakthroughs in cancer biology, regenerative medicine, and precision oncology.

Your 3D Shortcut:
From Standard Cell Lines to Patient Avatars

Join the frontier of scaffold-free science as an AcroCyte Pioneer. Our R3CE® Organoid Culture Medium is a core component of an integrated system designed to bridge the gap between standard cell lines and complex human specimens. To ensure the highest success rate in your 3D research, we recommend following our two-step roadmap:

  • Step 1: Master the Workflow (Cell Line Model) Start with standalone R3CE® plates and standard media to optimize your 3D protocols. We strongly recommend using HCT116 as your first benchmark to master the mechanics of spontaneous, scaffold-free 3D growth.
  • Step 2: Graduate to the Total Solution (Clinical Model) Once the workflow is mastered, upgrade to our tissue-specific specialized media to unlock the full potential of primary cells and patient-derived specimens. Using the integrated R3CE® system (Plate + Media) is essential to ensure consistent 3D morphology and architecture for your Patient Avatars.
