Position Overview
- Directly reporting to the CEO, this role serves as a key enabler at the core of the company's decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge biotechnology expertise with high-level executive administration, assisting the CEO in managing international projects and overseas business development, while aligning R&D and administrative teams to ensure the efficient execution of core corporate strategies.

Support the CEO in tracking and managing the progress of key domestic and international biotech projects and strategic alliances.

Act as a professional liaison between the CEO, internal R&D teams, and scientific advisors to facilitate technical communication.

Manage and coordinate the CEO’s executive schedules, overseas meeting logistics, and business travel accompaniment.
- Draft and refine executive-level English business correspondence, contract drafts, international presentations, and key meeting minutes for the Executive Office.

Assist the CEO in supervising and coordinating cross-functional (Admin, Finance, HR, R&D) follow-ups and action items.

Support the CEO in fostering and nurturing existing client and partner relations to project a professional corporate image (No direct sales or quota responsibilities).
Qualifications

Master’s degree or above in Biology, Medicine, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields (Overseas education or long-term international work experience is highly preferred).

10+ years of experience in multinational corporations (MNCs), the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, or high-level executive assistance and administration.

Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), with fluent international business communication and executive writing skills.

Hands-on experience in the biotech sector, laboratory operations, or R&D liaison roles. Ability to understand and translate professional technical terminology is a strong plus.

Project Management Skills: Proven hands-on experience in managing cross-border or cross-functional projects, with a strong understanding of project planning, tracking, and coordination processes. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certifications are highly preferred.
